Capability.
Accountability.
Provision.
Service.
A framework to break the stale, stagnant rhythms of work, relationships, and faith.
Coaching for men tired of adrenaline-fueled busyness, endless crisis management, and quick fixes with a paywall.
Forget the labels: alpha, sigma, or angry doom-scroller. All that matters is knowing the very next move to make.
The CAPS Method gives you the step to ignite change now.

The Masculine Trap
Modern culture leaves so many men burnt out and defensive. We’re constantly chasing a moving target: drive harder one day, get labeled toxic the next.
On the flip side, the biblical call to lead, protect, and serve hasn't changed. But even if that sounds great on paper, the reputation Christian men actually carry is soft, passive, and out of touch.
It’s a trap. Pursue the world, and the goalposts shift. Look to traditional faith spaces, and you get really good at sitting still, listening, and comprehending. Either way, it’s not enough.
You don’t need another opinion. You need a way to measure if you're on the right track.
That’s why I built the CAPS Method. It cuts through the noise and gives you a clear, objective framework to build toward regardless of the opinion of the day. Through Capability, Accountability, Provision, and Service, we move you past constant frustration and into real, actionable freedom.

Do you feel alone in your convictions, lacking a clear outlet to build on your ideas?

Do you feel like you've hit a ceiling in your spiritual growth because you don't fit the mold of traditional vocational ministry?
-
Does it feel like you don't fully fit in anywhere: work, church, or home; and that ongoing frustration is starting to drain you?
-
Are you experiencing church fatigue; feeling burned out on ministry, bored on Sundays, or tired of surface-level connections?
-
Do you have the internal drive to level up, but keep finding yourself spinning your wheels?
Getting active is up to you. Coaching gives you the framework to speed up your progress.

Start the Conversation
Podcasts and books inspire, but they can't take action for you. If you want clear direction to move from passive listening to active progress, that’s where coaching comes in. Let's connect and map out your next steps.
Fill out this 5-question form.
Don't worry. It's not an assessment, just a way for us to kick off our conversation.
Forms aren't your thing? That's fair!
Then you take the wheel and put me on the spot. Email me 5 questions of your own, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.*
* I’m super defensive of my inbox too, so I get it. You won't get added to an automated marketing sequence or get spammed.
You’ll get exactly three personal emails directly from me: one to answer initial questions, one with a life-audit tool I built for men, and a final check-in. No unwanted follow-ups after that.

Yes, I’m a real person, and yes, I actually coach real humans. I don't just play a coach on the internet. Below are a few highlights from some pay-it-forward sessions where generous clients gave me the green light to share.

Meet Your Coach
I’m Gordon, an ICF Associate Certified Coach. After overcoming my own multi-year plateau in my 20s, I developed the CAPS Method to help others do the same.
Most people know what they don't want, but struggle to pinpoint what they do. I help you cut through the noise, clarify your core convictions, and turn big goals into simple, everyday actions.
Leadership: I'm credentialed by the International Coaching Federation: the global gold standard for professional coaching.
My Foundation: Above all, I am a follower of Jesus. My faith is the lens through which I view my life and my responsibilities.
Bay Area Local: I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and I'm still here, navigating middle age in the place I call home.
Family Life: I’m a husband and a father to three kids. My family is my greatest priority and the reason I started the CAPS journey in the first place.
Work & Business: I run two small businesses, so I know firsthand the challenge of balancing a career with being present at home.
Staying Active: To keep my mind and body sharp, I’ve made a hobby out of combat sports. It keeps me humble and is a great metaphor for the challenges of life.
